🛸 Essential Pre-Arrival Timings🛸

Prompt Arrivals: Guests are advised to arrive precisely at the start of their allocated session time slot. Early entry into the facility is not permitted as the team utilises the gaps for deep cleaning and resets.

Late Entry Window: To make the absolute most of your allocated play time, it is highly recommended to arrive within the first 30 minutes of your session starting.

You don’t need to pre-book and are welcome to pay when you arrive. However, during busy periods we may reach capacity, so entry cannot always be guaranteed.
